Our sheds get delivered to you in modular style meaning that the walls are assembled, but the shed is not. We build your shed at our shop and deliver this way so you don't have to take down fences or anything like that. We can fit anywhere you can walk!!	To help keep prices down, our sheds our made to order. Typical installs are about 3 weeks from the date of deposit. The shed you get is custom made just for YOU! In a rush, let me know and we can get it done with stock materials in just days sometimes!!  And check out some of the features we offer that the other guys just don't do: * we use joist hangers on ALL our floor joists, not just nails in the end of a board!! * Our roof rafters are joined with metal mending plates, not scrap plywood like the others, (don't believe me, go look at your local big box store!!) * Top and bottom plates on your walls, and studs every 16 or 24 on center, you have the choice, not just where there is a seam, like the others. *Hurricane ties on the roof rafters (excludes the gambrels, they don't need it) assuring a strong, roof that will last years, not toe-nailed nails, go check 'em out and see the details, and the prices are way up there too, lots of middle men your paying!! *Here's one difference that I haven't seen anybody do and it's our trademark, metal roofs. Metal Sales metal roofs are guaranteed not to rust or fade for 45 years, nobody offers that. The best shingle on the market is 30 years. They look great, offer superior wind and weather protection, (the snow just slides off as soon as the sun comes out, it's pretty cool) and you can match colors on the house. Try that with a shingle, I think not!! And again, in the thought process of giving you, the customer the best, strongest design for the money, we sheath underneath the roof (most metal roofs in the north country go on with just strapping which is approved, but not as strong. * Our sheds are custom designs, not shed kits that everybody is selling. We're local people, designing, assembling, and building every one. 8x16 chalet	The Chalet series This beautiful new design sports 2x6 floor joists, 5/8 OSB flooring, under 2x4 walls, with pre-primed siding, and a 12:12 pitch roof that provides superior space up on the ceiling making it a perfect place to get more storage with an optional shelf. The metal roof comes in 15 different colors to pick from (forest green shown) and carries a 45 year color fade warranty from the manufacturer and allows the snow to just slide off. As shown, with ramp, 2, 2/0x2/0 Pella sliding windows, ramp and black hardware. The door opening is 6x6', plenty large enough to get that tractor or toys in and out of. The door and windows can be put anywhere you'd like. This unit can also have our super vent system added to move that unwanted warm air from the peak.
